Jewish Family Service of Seattle faced the challenge of implementing a comprehensive strategic plan within a six-month timeframe. The plan was developed through a rigorous multi-year stakeholder engagement and community research process. However, the organization lacked the necessary project management capabilities, having previously encountered setbacks in strategic plan execution.
Solution
Metispire developed a tailored project management approach, comprising three distinct phases: setup, kickoff, and execution, to align with the organization’s culture and operational needs. Metispire facilitated project management training for 40 staff members and provided targeted coaching to key managers, equipping them with the tools and skills required for effective strategic plan execution and implementation. Furthermore, Metispire assisted in the implementation of Asana, a project management platform, to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.
